Missing a Qwen3.5 model between the 9B and the 27B?

There's quite a jump between the 9B dense and the 27B dense models. Is there room for a model in-between? For example an 18B model? Sometimes the 9B feels a little too dumb and the 27B a little too slow and I wonder if there could be a goldilocks model in between. EDIT: I am aware of 35B model,
