I love how it makes me feel. I suffer from extreme constipation and other stomach problems. I have been taking this product every morning like recommended. I drink this early in the morning, I don’t get hungry until 1 to 2 hours later, then I have breakfast. I have struggled for a very long time with detox teas and pills, and drinking fiber supplements.
